Junfei REN

Founder and CEO

Ms. Ren is the founder, CEO, and Executive Director of Pando Finance. She previously held executive roles at Deutsche Börse, ZhenFund, and Huobi Group. In 2018, she founded Redshore Fund, focusing on alternative asset investment and blockchain research. Ms. Ren holds degrees from Stanford University, Purdue University, and the University of Southern California, along with an EMBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.

Beck LEE

Chief Investment Officer

Mr. Lee has over 15 years of experience in global market investments. Prior to joining Pando, he served as the Deputy Head of Asset Management at CMBC capital asset management, where he was responsible for managing public funds and discretionary accounts. Previously, Mr. Lee held positions at several renowned global financial institutions, working as a fund manager and analyst. He excels at combining macroeconomic and fundamental research to identify undervalued securities. Mr. Lee holds a Master's degree in Finance from National Chengchi University in Taiwan and has received prestigious accolades such as The Asset's Highly Recommended Investor and the Benchmark Outstanding Performance Award.

Ean Kiam NG,
CFA, CAIA, FRM

Investment Director

Mr. NG has over 30 years of experience in the investment industry. Before joining Pando, he worked at banks, insurance companies, private banks, local and international asset management firms, alternative investment companies, hedge funds, and family offices in Singapore and Hong Kong. Mr. Ng helped establish the Public Fund Division of China Merchants Securities Asset Management (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., and assisted in launching CMSAM's first ETF and subsequent mutual funds. Mr. Ng holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Second Class Honours) and a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from the National University of Singapore (NUS).

Nick Tang

Virtual Asset Trader

Mr. Tang has nearly ten years of extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate investment. Previously, he served as Vice President at a publicly listed company in Hong Kong, where he accumulated over five years of specialized expertise in M&A transactions. Mr. Tang’s background also includes roles at a Hong Kong-based hedge fund and a private cryptocurrency fund, where he furthered his knowledge in quantitative finance and asset management. His experience spans projects in Layer 1 & 2 blockchain protocols, NFTs, and community-driven initiatives, in which he was an early investor in several NFT projects. Since 2021, Mr. Tang has continued to advance his career in data science and quantitative research. He holds a dual degree in Economics and Finance from Monash University.
